The flavor is enhanced if fried yellow pumpkin is added in the dumpling.


¡á Ingredients
Dumpling skins, minced pork, minced beef, mung bean sprouts, cabbage, big green pepper, yellow pumpkin, tofu


¡á Recipe
 

¨ç Mix the minced pork and beef with ginger and rice wine.

¨è Boil and mince mung bean sprouts and cabbage, and squeeze to remove water.

¨é Slice yellow pumpkin and fry on a pan.

¨ê Mince the big green pepper and crush the tofu.

¨ë Mix the prepared ingredients well with sesame oil, salt and sesame seeds.

¨ì When the fillings are prepared, make neat dumplings with the dumpling skins.
